March 7 Overhead training

After a long morning of acupuncture, massage, cooking and shovelling food into my mouth I decided to train the Giant Dumbell press. I wasn't happy with the result, as I was shooting for 3-4 reps.

Close Grip 4 board press - 405x5setsx7reps
Overhead Dumbell press - 55lbsx18reps, 22 reps, 24reps
strong band pushdowns - 2x 20reps
dips - 12 reps, 15 reps
